Refund Policy

نظراً لطبيعة المنتج الرقمي، فإن الاسترجاع محكوم بشروط محددة:

  1. يمكن استرداد ٥٠% من قيمة الخدمة خلال الأيام الثلاثة الأولى من بدء العمل.
  2. بعد ثلاثة أيام من بدء العمل، يمكن استرداد ٢٥% فقط من القيمة التي دفعها العميل مقابل الموقع الالكتروني.
  3. في حال تم الإعلان عن إنهاء المشروع وتسليمه عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب، لا يمكن استرجاع أي مبلغ, ولكن يحق للعميل طلب تعديلات بما يقدر ب اربعة ساعات عمل تقدر من طرف وكالة ميزان.

Due to the nature of the digital product, refunds are subject to specific conditions:

  1. 50% of the service value can be refunded within the first three days of starting the work.
  2. After three days of starting the work, only 25% of the amount paid by the customer for the website can be refunded.
  3. If the project is announced as completed and delivered via email or WhatsApp, no amount can be refunded. However, the customer has the right to request modifications within approximately four working hours as estimated by mezan agency.
