وكالة ميزان (Mezan Agency) تشغّل برنامج MezanAI.

ما البيانات التي نقرأها من Google: بعد أن يربط التاجر حساب إعلانات Google الخاص به، يقرأ MezanAI أداء هذا الحساب فقط: مرات الظهور، النقرات، التكلفة، التحويلات، وجميع التحويلات، على مستوى الحساب والحملات المفعّلة.

ما البيانات التي نقرأها من Meta: بعد أن يربط التاجر حساب إعلانات Meta الخاص به، يقرأ MezanAI أداء هذا الحساب فقط: مرات الظهور، النقرات، الإنفاق، التحويلات، والوصول، على مستوى الحساب والإعلانات.

لماذا: لعرض هذا التقرير للتاجر وتنزيل ملف CSV منه. لا نستخدم بيانات Google أو Meta لإنشاء الإعلانات أو تعديلها أو حذفها، ولا نبيعها، ولا نستخدمها للإعلان عن وكالة ميزان.

الإجراء الوحيد في حساب Meta: يمكن لصاحب الحساب أن يطلب من داخل MezanAI إيقاف إعلان أو مجموعة إعلانية أو التراجع عن ذلك، ولا يتم إلا بعد تأكيده، ويُسجَّل كل إجراء. لا يغيّر MezanAI الميزانيات أو المزايدات أو الاستهداف، ولا يتخذ أي إجراء من تلقاء نفسه. لا نتخذ أي إجراء في حساب Google Ads.

يلتزم استخدام MezanAI للمعلومات التي يتلقاها من واجهات Google البرمجية ونقلها بسياسة بيانات المستخدمين لخدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).

من يراه: مستخدمو حساب ذلك التاجر داخل MezanAI فقط. لا نبيع هذه البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلان عن وكالة ميزان، ولا نخلطها مع بيانات عميل آخر.

الحفظ والحذف: تُحفظ البيانات للعميل الذي فوّض الحساب. لطلب الحذف راسل mohamedeltwony@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy

Mezan Agency operates the MezanAI software.

Data read from Google: after a merchant connects their own Google Ads account, MezanAI reads that account’s performance only: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and all conversions, at account level and for enabled campaigns.

Data read from Meta: after a merchant connects their own Meta ad account, MezanAI reads that account’s performance only: impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and reach, at account level and for ads.

Why: to show that merchant the report and to let them download it as a CSV. We do not use Google or Meta data to create, edit, or remove ads. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to advertise Mezan Agency.

The only action in a Meta ad account: the account owner can ask MezanAI to pause an ad or ad set, or undo that pause; it happens only after they confirm it, and every action is logged. MezanAI never changes budgets, bids, or targeting, and never acts on its own. MezanAI takes no action in Google Ads accounts.

MezanAI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who can see it: users of that merchant’s MezanAI account only. We do not sell this data, we do not use it to advertise Mezan Agency, and we do not mix it with another customer’s data.

Storage and deletion: the data is kept for the customer who authorized the account. To request deletion, email mohamedeltwony@gmail.com.
